Flower essences are vibrational medicines, held in water, that tend to our subtle bodies to create energetic, emotional and spiritual shifts in our Lives.

Everything is vibrating and has a vibration (the atoms are vibrating). Each flower has their own vibrational tone. Essences call upon water to hold the memory of the vibrational resonance of the flower. Our bodies are largely comprised of water, and through dosing, the vibration expands to the waters of our bodies. Over time, essences bring our inner waters into resonance with them. Essences can be crafted of flowers, plants, trees, environments, stones, stars, planets, beings… etc etc. Everything has a vibration. 

Crafting essences is a ceremonial and creative ritualistic practice. They are co-created in collaboration with the flower/plant/environment/stone and the wider Field. Crafting essences is a practice in deep listening and attunement; they are crafted through invitation and in relationship.

During your online session, we will discuss your intention for this season of life. Through exploratory questions and deep listening I attune to the resonance you are calling in, desiring and entering into alignment with in this season.
